01. INITIAL CONSULTATION
Every project begins with a conversation. We take the time to understand your vision, scope, and expectations — whether it’s a renovation, new build, or large-scale commercial development.
02. SITE ASSESSMENT & PLANNING
A Mayfair representative will visit your site to assess the scope of works and gather essential details. We consult with our trusted network of engineers, trades, and suppliers to ensure planning aligns with your budget, environment, and timeframe.
03. QUOTE & PROPOSAL
Within 14 days, we provide a comprehensive, obligation-free quote detailing all costs, materials, and rates for complete transparency. For larger projects, a formal Cost Proposal is supported by a third-party Quantity Surveyor Report to validate cost accuracy. Once approved, works proceed under a Cost Plus HIA Contract.
04. PROJECT KICKOFF
We’ll confirm your start date and host a pre-construction meeting with all stakeholders to align on expectations, access, safety, and timelines. This ensures every detail is agreed upon before work begins.
05. PROGRESS & COMMUNICATION
We maintain consistent communication throughout your build. Weekly updates are provided through Procore for major projects, along with regular check-ins for smaller works. Transparency and collaboration keep every project on track.
06. PRACTICAL COMPLETION
On completion, we conduct a formal handover and identify any final items requiring attention. Any defects are resolved promptly, ensuring your new space meets our standards — and yours.
