Mayfair Building Co has delivered a series of major upgrades across the Hocart Lodge campus, supporting improved care, comfort, and capacity for residents.

The Transitional Care Program extension added six new bedrooms, each with a private ensuite, designed to provide greater independence and a more comfortable stay for residents moving between hospital and home. The expansion improves service capacity while maintaining the calm, domestic character of the existing facility.

The Specialist Dementia Care Unit underwent a complete refurbishment, transforming ten bedrooms, ten bathrooms, and a shared living space into a safer, more functional environment tailored to residents living with dementia. Works included significant structural changes, reconfigured circulation, upgraded finishes, and improved sightlines to support orientation, wellbeing, and daily routines.

Mayfair continues to work closely with Hocart Lodge in 2025, delivering ongoing improvements and maintenance across the site.
