Set within an existing two-storey structure, this project goes well beyond a conventional office fitout.

The building has been stripped back to its core, a complete internal demolition including structural alterations, landscape clearing, and infill, creating a blank canvas for a highly considered commercial environment.

The design introduces a series of refined, purpose-built spaces, including a bespoke CEO office and private boardroom suite with integrated ensuite. The layout prioritises discretion, flow, and acoustic performance, delivering a workplace that operates with the precision of a high-end residence.

Materiality sits firmly at the premium end. Parquetry flooring from the Signature Oak range anchors the space, complemented by French tweed carpet, natural oak acoustic panelling, and Mona Lisa natural stone. Brushed brass finishes introduce warmth and detail, elevating the overall palette without excess.

Every element has been approached with intent, from the structural overhaul through to the final layer of finishes, resulting in a workplace defined by craftsmanship, control, and enduring quality.
