This project transformed a dated 1974 home into a fully automated retreat inspired by a 5-star Singaporean hotel.

Gutted to the studs, the layout, façade, and finishes were completely reimagined. Clever engineering opened up small spaces into a light-filled kitchen, living, and dining area with sweeping 180-degree views of the Indian Ocean.

Each room features unique, elevated details, including resort-style bathroom lighting. After nine months of close collaboration, the result is a luxurious, secure home built to be enjoyed for generations.
